Ohm Patel, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Patel grew up in Mount Airy, North Carolina, affectionately known as Mayberry from "The Andy Griffith Show." After moving to the Triangle during high school, Dr. Patel was thrilled to attend UNC-Chapel Hill as an undergraduate.
While enjoying life as a Tar Heel, his passion for dentistry was ignited after a trip to Tennessee to shadow his Aunt, an accomplished dentist in the town of Tazewell. The seamless integration of art and science left a lasting impression on Dr. Patel and ultimately inspired him to pursue the engaging, hands-on profession of dentistry.
Upon completion of his dental education in Baltimore, he then moved to New York for residency, which is also where he met and fell in love with his wife! Dr. Patel is excited to be back in the Carolinas doing what he loves most at Falls Pointe Dentistry in North Raleigh, and every now and then, you’ll also find him trekking, skiing, snowboarding or watching UNC basketball!
Jeffrey Dwulet, DDS
Dr. Dwulet was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey and later moved to Raleigh during his elementary years. He grew up loving the outdoors, spending time on Falls Lake wakeboarding and cruising around the neighborhood on his skateboard. His passion for science and medicine led him to pursue his undergrad at East Carolina University. Dr. Dwulet graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He developed an interest in dentistry while volunteering with the Mission of Mercy Clinics throughout North Carolina. Dentistry allowed him to combine his passion for helping others and allowing him to have an active and creative career. Following acceptance to Virginia Commonwealth University, he earned his doctorate and later pursued advanced education at West Chester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.
Returning home to his family in Raleigh, Dr. Dwulet spends his time with his fiancé and pug, Bosley, living an active lifestyle. He loves mountain biking, physical fitness, golfing, and modifying his track car.
Dr. Lombardozzi
Dr. Lombardozzi was born and raised in North Carolina and has always called the state home. He attended North Carolina State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. While he enjoyed his time in the business world, his growing interest in healthcare and working directly with people led him to pursue a career in dentistry.
During dental school at UNC-Chapel Hill, Dr. Lombardozzi discovered his love for restorative and surgical dentistry, gaining hands-on experience with implants, extractions, and full-mouth rehabilitation. He’s passionate about providing personalized, comfortable care and helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Dr. Lombardozzi knows exactly how it feels to dread a dental visit — because he used to feel the same way. His experiences inspire him to practice with empathy, comfort, and clear communication.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lombardozzi loves all things technology, playing with his big Newfoundland dog Amelia, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with his wife Sophia, family, and friends.
