What Type Of Sedation Dentistry Do You Offer?
To help to make your visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible, we offer local anesthesia and laughing gas. Local anesthesia is used directly in the area being worked on. It will numb the immediate area, so you won’t feel a thing during your treatment. It wears off quickly and has no long-term effects.
If you need some extra help to relax, ask us about laughing gas. Laughing gas is breathed in through a mask that is placed over your nose. It will help you to feel happy and at ease during your treatment. It is also very safe and wears off quickly. You will even be able to drive yourself home.
Is Sedation Dentistry Safe?
You’ll be happy to know that sedation dentistry is very safe. Both local anesthesia and laughing gas are widely used to ensure patients are comfortable and treatments are pain-free. The effects of these types of sedation will quickly wear off after your treatment has been completed.
